Formed in 2007, GCPP Ltd is an established consultancy of Chartered Town Planners based in Bedford with extensive experience of planning in both the public and private sectors.

We offer our services across the whole country and provide realistic and frank advice based on our expertise.

Shaun Greaves
BA (Hons), DipURP, MRTPI

Shaun has over 30 years of experience (post-qualification) in both the public and private sectors.  He worked in local government planning departments in Derbyshire and Bedfordshire before establishing G C Planning Partnership Ltd.  Shaun has also worked as a Planning Inspector, determining appeals against the decisions of councils on behalf of the government.  He specialises in residential and commercial development, and planning appeals.

Stephen Connell
BA (Hons), DipTp, MRTPI

Stephen has over 20 years of experience (post-qualification) in both public and private sectors. He worked in local government planning departments in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Stephen specialises in enforcement cases, lawful development certificates and planning appeals.

Qualifications - Shaun has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for 25 years and has a degree in Geography from Lancaster University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from Sheffield Hallam University.

Qualifications – Stephen has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for 18 years and has a degree in Town Planning from Oxford Brookes University and also a Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning from  the University of the West of England.

Paul Chaston
MPlan (Hons), MRTPI

Paul has over 8 years of experience (post-qualification) in the private sector. He specialises in planning applications  and planning appeals.

Qualifications - Paul has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for 3 years and has a Masters degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield.

Danielle Shaw
Planning Apprentice

Danielle has recently joined GCPP as an apprentice.  She is working towards RTPI Membership through a day-release scheme whereby she studies Chartered Town Planning at London South Bank University. Once Danielle has completed her qualification, she will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Chartered Town Planning and becomes a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
